The three decisions
The Read.
Milk rising to the edge of the pan asks for a response, and you already give it without stopping to think it through. A market session wants that same kind of reading. Every time, you are looking at one of three things: enter, stay out, or leave.
That knowing is the read. Twenty-one mornings of watching the market as it actually is turn the knowing into muscle memory, not a checklist. Underneath, it is only demand and supply, sitting in plain sight, with no mechanical process to follow.
The practice
Twenty-one mornings.
Why it isn't working, first
Four modules before any of the practice: what you are actually looking at, where a market keeps its addresses, how a session gets read in five minutes, and why leaving most days alone is a decision rather than a failure.
That half is the diagnosis, and it is meant to be uncomfortable in places: the pattern it names is one most active traders recognise in themselves.
Then the run
The last module is not more teaching. It is a run: one short session a morning, twenty-one, in order, each repeating the same read on whatever the market happened to do that day.
Nothing new is introduced inside it. Day 21 uses the read Day 1 used, which is the whole reason for the repetition.
Until it is muscle memory
A habit gets built the way any habit gets built: the same small thing, at the same hour, on ordinary days when nothing is at stake.
The aim is that on the day something is at stake, the read is not a decision you assemble under pressure: it is the thing your hands already do. None of that happens if you skip the mornings, and we would rather say so here than pretend otherwise.
The examples
Pictures you keep.
No heavy numbers
There is no mathematics to keep up with and no set of rules to memorise. What gets taught is a way of looking, in plain language, from the first chapter on.
Six months of NIFTY, boxed by hand: that is the level of equipment involved.
Things you already know
A chart as a city, blocks with addresses, a wholesaler who sets the price, a handshake, a train that leaves when it is ready. The chapter titles below are not decoration: they are how the ideas are carried.
An ordinary picture stays with you. A definition you read once does not.
Worked on real sessions
The read is then run start to finish on NIFTY 50 and MCX Gold sessions: a quiet morning, a gap open, a loud day, and a day with nothing worth doing.
Not examples chosen to flatter the method: ordinary sessions, including the ones where the answer is to leave it alone.
The plain facts
What it is.
The Read is the Trade Less argument on screen, filmed in the order the book already put it in. Nothing is added for the camera and nothing is cut for time: the full chapter list is below.
The seven working sheets come with it, the reset tracker among them, because the mornings need something to write on.
You open it by signing in at the Desk. It sits in your library beside anything else you own there, it keeps your place, and nothing about it expires or resets while you are away.
No signals, no calls, no buy-this-sell-that. The Read teaches you to read structure for yourself: what you do with that reading stays entirely yours.

Honest answers
Before you watch.
Do I need to read the book first?
No. The Read stands on its own: watch it first, read the book after, or do both in whichever order suits you. The argument is the same either way.
Can I start with just the first module?
Yes. The first module is there so you can see how the read works before deciding on the rest.
Is this a twenty-one day course?
The last module is: twenty-one sessions, one short run each, day by day. The four modules before it sit on no clock at all and you take them at whatever pace you want. The twenty-one days are the practice, not the whole course.
Will this tell me what to buy or sell?
No. Nothing at Efficient Earners does. The Read teaches you to read structure for yourself: what you decide to do with that reading stays yours, always.
Can I watch out of order?
You can, but the modules are built to follow one another, so watching in sequence is where the argument holds together best. Nothing stops you from jumping ahead: it's your library, and you decide how to move through it.
How do I open it once I own it?
Sign in at the Desk and it's there in your library: no separate app, no separate account, just where everything else you own already sits. It opens the same way every time you come back.
Does watching it change anything about the book?
No, the book stays exactly as written, and The Read stays exactly as filmed. Taking one doesn't edit or replace the other; they're the same argument, kept separately.
The chapters give you the read. The mornings are where it stops being something you have to think about.
