Who we are

Efficient Earners is operated by Soulvalley Global LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, at WeWork IWF Campus, Survey No. 192, Whitefield Main Road, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru – 560048, Karnataka, India. In these Terms, "we," "us" and "Efficient Earners" mean Soulvalley Global LLP, and "you" means anyone using our site or the Desk, or buying a product from us.

What we sell and how it is delivered

We sell four things: a video course, an India-edition book, a combo of the book and the course, and an F&O calculator app. Every purchase is one-time. Nothing is a subscription, nothing renews on its own, and we never store a card for a future charge.

Everything is delivered digitally, inside your account in the Desk at desk.efficientearners.com. The moment your payment is confirmed, your product unlocks there, and a confirmation reaches your order email. Nothing is posted or shipped to you. Your access does not expire and is not tied to any term or cycle: what you buy is yours to keep in your Desk account.

Education, not advice

Efficient Earners teaches you to read market structure for yourself. Nothing we publish or sell, on the site or inside the Desk, is investment advice, a recommendation, a buy or sell call, a price target, or a signal to act on. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst, or in any similar capacity, and we do not present ourselves as one. We publish no performance statistics, no return figures, and no earnings claims of any kind. Nothing here is a record of trading results, ours or anyone else's, and nothing is an indication of what any market will do next.

Trading and investing carry real risk, including the risk of losing the capital you put in. Leveraged instruments such as futures and options can lose you more than you commit. Independent, regulator-published studies of Indian retail derivatives trading have found that most individual traders lose money, and we share that so you go in with clear eyes, not to discourage you. Our products help you see market structure more clearly. They cannot remove risk, predict what happens next, or guarantee any result, and where we use prices or charts for teaching, treat them as illustrative, not as a live trading signal.

Every decision you make in the market, and everything that follows from it, is yours alone. We make no promise of profit or return, and nothing we show you, whether an example, a chart, or a piece of history, is a forecast. Past performance is never a guide to what comes next. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider speaking to a SEBI-registered adviser about your own circumstances before you act.

Because of all this, our products and this site are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for your trading losses or for any indirect loss arising from your use of a product or this site. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid for the product in question.

Buying, payment and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Payment is handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details, and an invoice is issued for every purchase. We may change our prices at any time, but a change never reaches back to touch a purchase you have already made.

Refunds and cancellation

Please read this section before you buy. All sales are final. Because every product is a digital good, delivered to your Desk account the moment payment succeeds, it is received in full at that point and cannot be returned. We do not give a refund for a change of mind, for buying the wrong product, for not using something you bought, or for how your own trading decisions turn out. There is no cooling-off window, because delivery is instant, and we are telling you this plainly, before you buy, rather than after.

There is one exception. If you were charged but the product never reached your account, because of a duplicate charge or a technical failure on our side, write to us at admin@efficientearners.com and we will return that amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Because every purchase is one-time, there is also nothing to cancel: no recurring plan, no renewal date, no subscription to stop.

Your account and acceptable use

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password. That means keeping your email account secure is what keeps your Desk account secure.

Your access is personal to you. Please do not share your sign-in or your access with anyone else, resell or lend a product you bought, or publish or post it publicly. Please do not try to copy or reverse-engineer a product beyond your own use, or use it in a way that undermines our licensing system. Rules like these are what keep pricing fair and the business sustainable for everyone who buys from us honestly. Breaking them is a serious breach of these Terms. If it happens, we may suspend your access and pursue whatever remedy is open to us, and you agree to cover any loss or claim that results from your breach.

Credits

Buying from us can earn you credits inside the Desk. Credits are a reward balance and nothing more: they are never money, and they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred to anyone else. Where and how credits can be used is shown to you inside the Desk itself.

Our content and your content

Everything on this site and inside the Desk, including our code, writing, design, and the Efficient Earners name, belongs to us or our licensors. Efficient Earners™ and EE™ are our trade marks: you may not use them, or any confusingly similar name or logo, without our written permission. How we arrive at what we teach is proprietary to us and is not disclosed; what we publish is what you get. Buying a product gives you a personal licence to use it for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of the product, or of any of our intellectual property, to you.

Anything you create yourself stays yours, including your entries and positions inside the F&O calculator. We store that so it is there when you come back or sign in from another device; our Privacy Policy explains how.

Changes, governing law and how to reach us

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its last-updated date, is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
