Who we are

This website and its products are operated by SOULVALLEY GLOBAL LLP (a Limited Liability Partnership), registered at WeWork IWF Campus, Survey No. 192, Whitefield Main Road, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru – 560048, Karnataka, India, GSTIN CHANGE-ME-GSTIN ("Efficient Earners", "we", "us"). References to "you" mean the person using the site or buying a product.

What we sell

Efficient Earners sells a licensed digital tool — a structure-visualisation script for use on TradingView — together with related educational material. Each product is sold as a single cycle: a one-time purchase that grants access for that cycle only.

• Each cycle is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored for future charges.
• Access for a cycle ends when that cycle ends. To continue, you make a fresh purchase of the next cycle.
• The product is strictly educational. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not a buy/sell signal service.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details. A GST tax invoice is issued for each successful purchase. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase already completed.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. On a successful payment, your licensed code is made available in your member workspace and sent to your order email. There is no physical shipment.

Refunds

Because the product is a digital good delivered instantly and is licensed to you personally, all sales are final and no refund is provided once the code has been delivered or revealed. Please read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your licence

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the code on your own TradingView account for the cycle purchased. The code is watermarked and traceable to you. You do not acquire ownership of the code or any intellectual property in it.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, lend, gift, or otherwise share your code with any other person.
• Publish or post the code publicly, including in any public script library or forum.
• Attempt to remove, alter, or obscure the licence watermark, or to decompile or reverse-engineer the code.
• Use the product for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that harms or attempts to defeat the licensing system.

Any of the above is a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of our copyright. We may suspend your access and pursue all available remedies, and the watermark allows a leaked copy to be traced to its buyer.

Intellectual property

All code, text, design, branding, and material on this site are owned by Efficient Earners or its licensors and are protected by law. Your licence grants use, not ownership, and confers no right to any logo, name, or content beyond what these Terms allow.

Education only

Everything we provide is for education and research. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, or a buy/sell call. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Please read our disclaimer and risk disclosure.

Liability

The product and site are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efficient Earners is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the product, the site, or any decision you make. Trading carries the risk of losing capital and is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant cycle.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Efficient Earners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the product, including any unauthorised sharing of your licensed code.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, always governs. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
