Who handles your data

Your data is handled by Soulvalley Global LLP, WeWork IWF Campus, Survey No. 192, Whitefield Main Road, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru – 560048, Karnataka, India. For any data matter, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@efficientearners.com.

What we collect

Your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number if you give it. What you purchased and your order ID. Basic technical information such as device and browser, and access logs of your purchased products, for security. If you use the F&O calculator, the positions and inputs you save there. Payment itself is handled entirely by our partner Razorpay: we do not see or store your card or bank details. Your email address is stored encrypted in our systems.

Why we use it

To deliver what you have bought and run your Desk account. To process your purchase and issue an invoice. To answer you when you write to us. To send essential service messages, never marketing spam. To protect our licensing system. And to save your work inside a member tool, like the calculator, so it is there when you sign in again, from any device.

Google Analytics

We run Google Analytics 4 on this website, so we can see which pages and features actually get used. It sets its own cookies and records the pages you visit, the site or search that sent you, an approximate location worked out from your IP address (the address itself is not kept), and basic device and browser information. Google's advertising features are switched off on our account: no advertising cookies, no advertising identifiers, no personalised ads. We run no advertising anywhere, and we do not sell or share this data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also record page counts without using cookies. We also send ourselves one notification of our own: when a page here is visited, we receive a brief technical note holding only the page path, the site or search that sent you, and any campaign tags carried in the link you followed. It sets no cookies, carries no name, email or identity, does not record your IP address or your device details, and is not kept as a profile or a database; the only trace it leaves on your side is a short-lived marker in your browser's session storage, so that one visit does not notify us twice. Beyond these, we use no other tracking.

We do not show a cookie banner today, so we are not pretending otherwise here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, install Google's own opt-out add-on, or write to grievance@efficientearners.com and we will confirm your preference in writing.

Your saved work, synced across your devices

Work you save inside a member tool, such as your F&O calculator positions and inputs, is stored to your account on our servers, not just on one device. That is what lets it follow you when you sign in from your phone or a different computer. It is served only to your own authenticated, signed-in session, never to anyone else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers who help us run the business: Razorpay, to process payments; our website and hosting providers, to run the site and the Desk; our messaging providers, to deliver service messages and support; Google, for the analytics described above; and, only where the law requires it, the relevant authorities. When the visit notification described above is switched on, it reaches us through a messaging service, Telegram, carrying only those same three details, and it is not added to any database or profile of ours.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

You may, at any time: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, except what we must keep by law, such as tax records, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if something happens to you, and raise a grievance. Write to grievance@efficientearners.com for any of this.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account with us stays open. Tax and transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Keeping it secure

We apply reasonable security measures throughout. Payment data never touches our servers; Razorpay handles it directly. Your account, your purchases, and anything you save inside a member tool are served only to your own signed-in session.

Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version on this page, with its last-updated date, is the one that applies, and we will note any material change here.
