Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data Efficient Earners collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. It is written to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
Who handles your data
Your data is handled by SOULVALLEY GLOBAL LLP, WeWork IWF Campus, Survey No. 192, Whitefield Main Road, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru – 560048, Karnataka, India ("Efficient Earners", "we"). For data matters, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@efficientearners.com
What we collect
- Account & contact details — your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number.
- Order details — what you purchased, your order ID, and cycle.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Usage data — basic technical information (e.g. device/browser, and reveal/access logs of your licensed code for security and licensing).
Why we use it
We use your data only for clear, stated purposes:
- To deliver your product and licensed code, and to operate your member workspace.
- To process your purchase and issue a tax invoice.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To send essential service messages and, where you cycle is ending, a reminder — never spam.
- To protect our licensing system and detect misuse of a watermarked code.
Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you provide your details and use our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawing it may mean we can no longer provide some or all of the service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Razorpay — to process payments.
- Our website / hosting providers (e.g. Wix and content hosting) — to run the site and member area.
- Messaging (e.g. WhatsApp/email providers) — to deliver service messages and support.
- Authorities — only where required by law.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may, at any time:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or complete data that is inaccurate.
- Erase your data where it is no longer needed (subject to any record we must keep by law, e.g. tax invoices).
- Withdraw consent, or raise a grievance.

How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Tax and transaction records are retained for the period required under Indian law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data. Payment data never touches our servers (Razorpay handles it), and your licensed code is served only to your authenticated, signed-in session.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies to remember preferences and improve the experience. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on the site, and manage cookies in your browser.
Children
Our products and content are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version, with its "last updated" date, always applies. Material changes will be notified on this page.
