Digital delivery
Every Efficient Earners product is a digital good that is delivered to you instantly and is licensed personally to you. The moment your code is delivered or revealed, it has been received in full and cannot be "returned." For this reason, no refund is provided once an order is completed and the code has been delivered or revealed.
No refund is given for
- A change of mind after purchase.
- Not using, or deciding not to use, the product.
- Buying the wrong path, product, or cycle by mistake.
- Dissatisfaction with the outcome of your own trading decisions.
- Lack of familiarity with TradingView or with charts in general.
- The cycle ending — access is for the cycle purchased and is not extended or credited.
Nothing to cancel
Our products are sold per cycle as one-time purchases. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored. Access for a cycle simply ends when that cycle ends — there is no recurring plan to cancel and no cancellation request to make.
If a payment is charged but the product is not delivered to you — for example a duplicate or accidental charge, or a confirmed technical failure on our side that prevents delivery — we will correct it and return that amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No cooling-off window
Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, there is no cooling-off or return window. This is disclosed here, before purchase, in line with applicable consumer-protection rules for digital goods.
